Mwasalat is committed to delivering safe, reliable, high-quality, secure, and environmentally responsible public transportation services, while protecting the health and wellbeing of passengers, employees, contractors, the public, and the environment.

Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (QHSSE) are fundamental to how we operate and make decisions. Safety is a core value, not a priority that can change, and quality is essential to sustaining public trust and service excellence.

As Oman’s national public transport operator, Mwasalat is committed to zero harm, legal compliance, and continuous improvement across all transport modes and supporting activities.

Shared Responsibility

Every employee, contractor, and partner is expected to act responsibly, follow approved procedures, report hazards and incidents, and contribute to safe, high-quality, and sustainable transport services.

This General QHSSE Policy provides an overarching framework under which all specific QHSSE policies, procedures, and standards are developed and implemented.
